2. There might be glue on the shoes, please understand it is not a quality problem;
3. Because of long delivery time, the shoe box might be damaged when you receive the parcel.If you make orders in our store, we think you can accept and we won't refund for these.
4. Some shoes are not packed in shoe boxes but in air bags to reduce weight and thus reduced freight fee.
